What is included in the free trial?
You can trial any plan you think is most suitable for you, you can move up or down plans at any time.

Do I need to register my credit card to start a free trial?
The trial is completely free but you do need to register a card to trial the system, we will not charge the card until the trial ends.

What happens at the end of my trial?
Two days before the end of your trial, we’ll remind you your paid subscription will begin, you can cancel anytime before or after the subscription.

Do I need to install anything?
No need to install anything. Loop HR is cloud based, runs on all main, modern browsers and is accessible via all computers, tablets and mobile devices.

Do I, as the salon owner, count as an employee?
Yes, all individual names on the Loop HR system count toward your plan. When an employee leaves  simply terminate employment and the system will reduce your next bill by one user (and you are credited for any un used time).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

How does billing work?
Once the trail ends we’ll begin billing you for each active user in your account. We accept all major cards.

Do you offer refunds?
Sorry, we don’t but you can cancel your subscription at any time as we do not tie you in to a long term fixed contract. Your full access remains for the duration of any paid period and then stops on the last day of the paid period.

Can I change my HR plan at a later date?
Yes, you can move between plans at any time.

Do you have any volume discounts for salon groups?
Yes, for businesses with 51 employees and above, please contact us for more information.

Can I add and remove Administrators at any time?
Yes, you can make any salon employee an Administrator User, this includes a verification process. You can set admin access rights on a per user basis.

Do I have to add data every week for sales reports and attendance?
Yes, you need to ensure work schedules are up to date and sales data each week to populate Loop HR with information; this is collated and is fed back to show progress to you and your salon team and this data is used in Payroll.

Does my HR software package include support?
Yes, your plan subscription includes free Live Chat support plus each Administrator User has one free technical support telephone call per month for up to 6 minutes. Thereafter charges apply in 6 minute blocks at £10 per block. Telephone support is available by appointment and is charged in 6 minute blocks at £10 per block.

How secure is my data?
Your data and files are served under SSL encryption both to and from your browser. They’re stored fully encrypted on our servers. Learn more here.
