Ian Egerton
Founder of Loop HR
Ian’s goal is to making salons great places to work. His mission is to simplify salon operations and make careers in hair and beauty more attractive and rewarding for everyone.
His journey began as a Saturday assistant before becoming a hairdresser and broadening his horizons abroad. He managed salons while studying business and, in 2001, returned to the UK to acquire a London salon. Ian’s active involvement in industry organisations eventually led to his presidency of the National Hair & Beauty Federation (NHBF).
Drawing on his extensive experience, Ian founded Loop HR to tackle the daily challenges of salon management. Today, he works with salon owners and managers, providing a proven framework for all salons teams to achieve financial and personal success.
