Sensitive
Personal data and information that must be kept secure. Access is limited to those who require sensitive data for specific tasks.
Identifiable
Personal data and information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual but is not deemed sensitive.
Non-identifiable
Data that, on its own, will not identify an individual.

Protecting Your Information
Our system sits on the trusted Amazon Web Services (AWS) server.
Security is their top priority, with multiple layers of protection built in to meet the requirements of the most security-sensitive organisations.
The database is backed up twice daily on a continuous backup cycle, meaning each backup is removed after 7 days for GDPR compliance and your security.
Safeguarding Your Privacy
Protecting your passwords: Your Loop HR account requires a username and password to log in. For your protection, all account passwords are encrypted which means we cannot see them. So if you forget your password we cannot resend it. We can only reset it.
Trusted credit card processor: We do not hold or process your credit card information on our servers. Instead, we use Stripe, one of the most well-known and trusted card processors which has security measures in place to protect your information during and after the transaction.
