Our pricing is split into two parts: a one-time guided onboarding fee and the Loop HR subscription. Onboarding ensures you start with the best business processes built in, along with expert support to tailor the system to your needs. Your subscription then provides the flexibility to scale as your business grows.

Our onboarding process goes beyond simply setting up Loop HR, it’s about transforming how you manage your salon. We focus on improving and streamlining your processes to create a smoother, more efficient operation. Each onboarding plan includes a personalised configuration, tailored to your business needs. By combining best employment practices with expert software training, we empower you and your team to fully leverage the benefits of Loop HR.
Setup is typically completed within 30 days, providing you with a strong foundation to simplify operations. Ongoing support is included in your subscription. Simply choose the onboarding plan that suits you and your team best.

Loop HR Subscription
The first month's subscription is FREE, then it starts at just £99 per month for up to 10 users.

Please note: The Loop HR subscription is separate from the onboarding packages. The subscription rate is based on the number of users on the system. It's licence-based, and you are free to cancel any time without being locked into a contract.
