A good job description should outline all the duties, responsibilities, skills and expectations for each job role within your business! For clarity in your own mind, write all the things you think the job role should include. Then group them into categories and add detailed descriptions to define each role clearly. Include a definition of skills – your expectations at that level – and set individual goals for employees with timelines. Remove anything that is not clear or distracts from your core message.
