Our expert onboarding ensures you start with the best business processes built in, along with expert guidance to tailor the system to your needs. Your subscription then provides the flexibility to scale as your business grows.

Every salon is different, and so is every team. That’s why we offer three onboarding plans, shaped around the support you need based on your team size, number of managers, and whether you have one location or several.
Onboarding with Loop HR isn’t just about setting up software, it’s about helping you build strong, practical management systems. Our job is to give you and your managers the structure, tools, and confidence to lead well, while taking the weight of admin off your shoulders.
Many salons complete setup in 30 days. Those with more than 10 team members often benefit from First-Class support. And for larger salons or salon groups, First-Class Salon Group gives time to plan, train, and roll out change across the business.

The first month's subscription is FREE, then it starts at just £99 per month for up to 10 users.

Please note: The Loop HR subscription is separate from the onboarding packages. The subscription rate is based on the number of users on the system. It's licence-based, and you are free to cancel any time without being locked into a contract.
