What is included in the free trial?
Whichever plan you choose, it’s free to try for 30 days. 3 days before the end of your trail you will receive an email reminding you that your trail will end soon.
Do I need to register my credit card to start a free trial?
Yes, but there is no charge to the card until the free trial ends. A countdown banner shows throughout your free trial and the system will remind you by email 3 days before and on the day the trial ends.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Once your trial is up, if you do not cancel your subscription your card will be charged and your paid Plan begins.
Do I need to install anything?
No need to install anything. Loop hr is cloud based, runs on all main, modern browsers and is accessible via all computers, tablets and mobile devices.
Do I, as the salon owner, count as an employee?
Yes, all individual names within the Loop hr system count toward your plan. When an employee leaves, simply terminate their employment. If by removing a team member your subscription numbers drop to the lower level, the system will let you know and you can downgrade.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
How does billing work?
Your credit card details are registered to your Loop hr account. Your first charge begins when your free trial ends. You card will be charged for the Plan you have selected. We accept all major cards.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time as we do not tie you into long-term fixed contracts. You retain full access for the duration of any paid period and then stops on the last day of the paid period.
Can I change my HR Plan at a later date?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Plan at any time, if you reach the maximum number of user for your plan, Loop hr will alert you and (assuming you are the Admin) take you to the account management page to upgrade your plan.
Do you have any volume discounts for larger salons or groups?
Yes, the individual cost per user drops in every higher Teir/Plan. For businesses with 100 or more employees please contact us via Live Chat or call 0333 050 7768 for more information.
Can I add and remove Administrators at any time?
Yes, you can add a user as an Administrator only (they will not show as an employee); or you can give any salon employee Administrator access.
Do I have to update information often (for sales reports and attendance)?
Yes, you need to ensure work schedules are up to date and sales data is added each week. This provides Loop hr with the information required to produce the reports and feed back to you and your salon team showing progress against individual and team targets.
Does my HR software package include support?
Yes, for Pro Club Plan you will have dedicated support. For the Pro and Advantage Plans, your paid subscription includes free Live Chat support, plus the account holder (or dedicated account Admin) has one free technical support telephone call per month for up to 10 minutes. Thereafter charges apply in 6 minute blocks at £10 per block. Telephone/Zoom support is available by appointment and is charged in 6 minute blocks at £10 per block.
