  • Employee weekly and monthly sales reports, analysis, and quarterly appraisal reports.
  • Employee Dashboard, easy to use tools for all employees; designed to help communicate key messages, share performance updates, show bonus and commissions earned and to inspire growth. Employees make holiday applications, sick notifications and much more.
  • Attendance reporting; track time off, sickness and holidays, establish patterns in absence and know exactly how many holidays have been taken, applied for and remaining balance.

What is included in the free trial?
All features are included in your free trial of Loop.

Do I need to register my credit card to start a free trial?
No, the trial is free; you can enter a credit card anytime during your trial.

Do I need to install anything?
No need to install anything, Loop runs on all main, modern browsers and is accessible via all computers, tables and mobile devices.

How does billing work?
Once you enter your credit card details within your account, Loop will begin billing you for each active user in your account. We accept all major cards.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not refund on Loop services. However you can cancel your subscription at anytime; full access remains for the duration of any paid period and ceases on the last day of the paid period.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

What happens at the end of my trial?
Once your trial is up you will need to pay to continue using Loop.

How secure is my data?
Your data and files are served under SSL encryption both to and from your browser. They’re stored fully encrypted on our servers.

Do I, the owner, count as an employee?
Yes, all individual names on Loop count toward your plan. The Essentials plan includes one administrator (the person setting up the account). To remove an employee, simply terminate employment and Loop will reduce your next bill.

Can I add and remove Administrators at any time?
Yes, you can make any employee an admin user, this includes a verification process. You can set admin access rights on a per user basis.

Do I have to add data every week for sales reports and attendance?
Yes, you need to enter attendance and sales data each week to populate Loop with information; this is collated and is fed back to show progress to you and your team.

Does my package include support?
Yes, your Loop subscription includes free Live Chat support. Telephone support is available by appointment and is charged in 6 minute blocks at £10 per block. You can also book a 60 minute session for £97.00
