What's included in the free trial?
«Everything within Loop HR is free to try for 30 days. 3 days before the end of your trial you will receive an email reminding you that your trail will end soon.
Do I need to pay for the onboarding to start my free trial?
«Yes, you will gain a lot of valuable advice and guidance throughout the four weeks of one-on-one training. However, you have 30 days free trail of Loop HR and the first subscription will be 30 days from the day you register. A countdown banner shows throughout your free trial and the system will remind you by email 3 days before and on the day the trial ends. You are free to cancel anytime.
What happens at the end of my trial?
«Once your trial ends, if you do not cancel your subscription, your card will be charged and your paid Plan begins. At that point Loop HR becomes self-service with technical support, or you can join Loop HR Club for ongoing support and guidance.
Do I, as the salon owner, count as an employee?
«Yes, all individual names within the Loop HR system count toward your plan. When an employee leaves, simply terminate their employment. If by removing a team member your subscription numbers drop to the lower level, you can downgrade. If you need more, you simply move up to the next tier.
What forms of payment do you accept?
«We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
How does billing work?
«Your credit card details are registered to your Loop HR account. Your first subscription charge begins when your free trial ends. You card will be charged for the Tier you have selected. Payments are in advance.
Do you offer refunds?
«We don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time as we do not tie you into long-term fixed contracts. You retain full access to your account for the duration of any paid period. Subscription ends on the last day of the paid period.
Can I change my Tier Plan any time?
«Yes, you can switch Tiers anytime (based on the number of users you have). If you reach the maximum number of users for your plan, Loop HR will alert you and (assuming you are the Admin user). You will be guided to your account management screen to upgrade your plan.
Do you have any volume discounts for larger salons or groups?
«Yes, as for all users, the individual cost per user drops in each higher Tier. For businesses with 200 or more employees please contact us via Live Chat or call 0333 050 7768 for more information.
Can I add and remove Managers / Administrators?
«Yes, you can change employee permissions at any time. You can add a user as an Administrator only (they will not show as an employee); or you can give a salon employee Administrator access. You give Manager permissions to an employee and assign their team members specifically.
How often do I have to update salon data?
«You will need to ensure work schedules are up to date and sales data is added each week. This provides Loop HR with the information required to produce the reports and feed back to you and your salon team showing progress against individual and team targets.
Does my HR software package include support?
«Yes, you’ll have several support options, including Loop HR School, the Knowledge Base and Live Chat. For more personalised business support rather than tech support we offer Loop HR Club. Discover more under Business Support page).
How secure is my data?
«Your data and files are served under SSL encryption both to and from your browser. They’re stored fully encrypted on our servers.
