No you don’t have to do anything. We will do our best to ensure your audience is well looked after.

You will earn 10% of the net annual subscriber fees for the first year. Loop HR subscriptions are based on two parts, the plan (Pro or Advantage) and the number of users per account. For example, a salon on a Pro account with 20-25 users (employees), their annual subscription would be £1310. Your commission payment would be £131.

You are paid on the first anniversary of the subscription. Each month, we review the number of anniversaries you have and total the commission payments. If there was one or multiple members of your audience who signed up a year ago to the month, you will receive 10% of each of their subscriptions. We will send a statement with payment details to you ahead of the payment. Commission payments are made on the 10th of each month by BACS.

Our automated systems will email you each time a new member of your audience signs up using your dedicated link. If you choose to earn commission, we'll send a quarterly statement showing a list of salon names and the commission earned to date. If you opt to gift your commission as a 10% discount to your audience, we’ll send you a list of salons who are benefiting from the discount.

At the point they cancel their subscription, we will send you 10% of their spend during the time they were a paid subscriber.

No. You must be signed up as a Loop hr partner before any payments can accrue.

We respect your audience's privacy. We ask you to share your dedicated Loop HR link directly with your audience. When one of your audience members signs up for Loop HR, we will manage their data as we do for all Loop HR subscribers, with great respect and within GDPR compliance. See our Privacy Policy below.

We reserve the right to change the partner programme at any time. However, to do so, we will pay any previously agreed fees until the end of the respective agreement.

Everything within Loop HR is free to try for 30 days. 3 days before the end of your trial you will receive an email reminding you that your trail will end soon.

Yes, you will gain a lot of valuable advice and guidance throughout the four weeks of one-on-one training. However, you have 30 days free trail of Loop HR and the first subscription will be 30 days from the day you register. A countdown banner shows throughout your free trial and the system will remind you by email 3 days before and on the day the trial ends. You are free to cancel anytime.

Once your trial ends, if you do not cancel your subscription, your card will be charged and your paid Plan begins. At that point Loop HR becomes self-service with technical support, or you can join Loop HR Club for ongoing support and guidance.

Yes, all individual names within the Loop HR system count toward your plan. When an employee leaves, simply terminate their employment. If by removing a team member your subscription numbers drop to the lower level, you can downgrade. If you need more, you simply move up to the next tier.

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Your credit card details are registered to your Loop HR account. Your first subscription charge begins when your free trial ends. You card will be charged for the Tier you have selected. Payments are in advance.

We don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time as we do not tie you into long-term fixed contracts. You retain full access to your account for the duration of any paid period. Subscription ends on the last day of the paid period.

Yes, you can switch Tiers anytime (based on the number of users you have). If you reach the maximum number of users for your plan, Loop HR will alert you and (assuming you are the Admin user). You will be guided to your account management screen to upgrade your plan.

Yes, as for all users, the individual cost per user drops in each higher Tier. For businesses with 200 or more employees please contact us via Live Chat or call 0333 050 7768 for more information.

Yes, you can change employee permissions at any time. You can add a user as an Administrator only (they will not show as an employee); or you can give a salon employee Administrator access. You give Manager permissions to an employee and assign their team members specifically.
